Michael is an Otago University graduate who is currently working as a General Practitioner. He quickly developed a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He has completed the Advanced Certificate of Dermoscopy and Advanced Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery through HealthCert/Bond University. Through his GP work Michael does regular skin checks, performs biopsies and excisions of skin cancers. He is also a member of the New Zealand Skin Cancer Doctors (NZSCD).
